I am a counseling intern pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where teens, young adults, and adults feel safe to explore their experiences, build self-understanding, and move toward meaningful growth.
As a former athlete and current volleyball coach, I have a special interest in supporting athletes as they navigate the intersection of performance, mental health, and identity. I am also a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and value creating an affirming, inclusive space where clients of all identities and backgrounds feel respected, understood, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity development, life transitions, and self-esteem. My therapeutic approach is integrative and draws from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating a holistic perspective that recognizes the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being. I believe that every client brings unique strengths, and I enjoy collaborating with individuals to help them build resilience and create lasting, meaningful change.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy coaching volleyball, exploring Greek mythology, practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with family and friends. I value maintaining balance and engaging in meaningful activities are important parts of overall well-being, and I encourage clients to discover what brings them fulfillment in their own lives.
