Self-Care Group is a therapist-led space designed to help you reconnect with yourself, find your balance, and build self-care practices that actually work in real life, not just in theory. This group focuses on reducing stress, preventing burnout, and creating routines that support your mental and emotional well-being in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Through guided discussions, interactive exercises, and practical tools, participants will learn how to better understand their emotions, manage overwhelm, and show up for themselves without guilt. This is a supportive, no-judgment space where you can be real, feel understood, and build habits that help you feel more grounded, consistent, and in control of your life.
