I am a counseling intern currently completing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).
My counseling approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I strive to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the counseling process.
I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity development, life transitions, and everyday stress. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and believe that meaningful counseling begins with understanding each person's unique experiences, strengths, values, and goals.
I firmly believe that clients are the experts on their own lives. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your individual needs and supports meaningful and long-term growth. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build insight, strengthen healthy coping skills, and create positive, sustainable change.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time with my two cats and two dogs, attending concerts with my partner, working on puzzles, and watching true crime shows. I believe maintaining balance and making time for the activities we enjoy are important parts of overall well-being, and I value bringing that perspective into my wo
