Ashley Villalva

LPC-Associate, Supervised by

Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m an LPC-Associate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families of all ages as they face life’s challenges, including my time at a rape crisis center where I supported survivors of trauma and sexual assault.

My counseling style is compassionate, client-centered, and solution-focused—I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to create a safe space where healing and growth can take place. I work with those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, family dynamics and challenges, as well as couples and individuals with disabilities. My passion is also in supporting individuals who have family members with disabilities, because they deserve to feel care and support as they navigate their own experiences.

To better serve my clients, I offer evening and weekend sessions to provide flexibility for busy schedules.

Above all, my goal is to walk with you in a supportive and understanding way, so you feel heard, valued, and empowered on your journey forward.
