Kala has long held a passion for psychology, influenced both by her personal experiences with anxiety and a longstanding interest in true crime. She fosters a warm, approachable, and supportive atmosphere in her sessions, allowing clients to feel at ease as they work toward personal growth.
Utilizing person-centered interventions, Kala empowers her clients to build confidence in their ability to achieve meaningful goals and create the lifestyle they envision. She is committed to creating a nurturing and secure environment where clients can explore and process both past and present experiences, while developing effective coping strategies.
As a military spouse, Kala brings a unique understanding of life’s unexpected challenges and transitions.
Outside of her professional work, Kala enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and being outdoors. She has a passion for travel and a talent for finding peace and stillness amidst the busyness of life.
