Tania's dedication to leadership and academic excellence led to her induction into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), Our Lady of the Lake University Chapter, in 2025. She also serves her community through volunteer work with the Navy Sea Cadets program and as an active parent volunteer, supporting youth development and family engagement initiatives.

Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Tania enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, baking, and creating art. As a devoted wife and mother, she values service, lifelong learning, and empowering others to thrive personally, academically, and professionally.
