Finding worth and identity in Christ rather than roles, productivity, or expectations.

Exploring emotional awareness, emotional health, and honest connection with God.
Week 4 — Boundaries & Burnout
Learning healthy boundaries, balance, and freedom from people-pleasing.
Week 5 — Renewing the Mind
Applying biblical truth and CBT-based tools to challenge unhelpful thought patterns.
Week 6 — Grief, Stress, & Unmet Expectations
Processing life’s disappointments, transitions, and emotional burdens with grace.
